What’s included in the project report forms?
In this project report form, Section 2 of the RPL form, you must provide a comprehensive description of a project you have completed to showcase your performance as an ICT professional. You must submit two project reports relevant to your ICT career to demonstrate your expertise.
These reports aim to demonstrate your mastery and practical application of the areas of knowledge outlined in Section 1 of the RPL application. The applicant must submit two reports, with one project report from the past three years and the other from the past five years. This will allow you to showcase your experience and proficiency in the ICT field.

Roles and responsibilities in the project as per the ANZSCO Code
2: Business opportunity or problem
Description of the business opportunity or problems addressed in this project
3: Solution
Discussion about contribution to the solution, project, or engagement
Description of design or problem-solving methods used in this project
Major deliverable of the project
4: Resume writing
Implementation of solution.
An assessment of the overall success or failure of the project
